Another Empty Day by Malaysia Bowler!


Korean finish 1,2 in double qualification and for sure to collect two medal.

Malaysia women bowler continueing their blank form as none of them make the cut to semi final in double event at Cashman Bowling Centre, Las Vegas.
Malaysia best performer is the duo of Siti Safiyah Amirah and Zandra Aziela that claimed 16th spot with a total 2,500 pinfalls.Siti knocked down 190,174,171,227,217,and 267 for 1,246 while Zandra contribute 1,256 (192,201,217,194,234,216) over 108 double participant.

Malaysia second pair's Sharon Koh and Wendy Chai finished up at 17th with a total of 2,494 pinfalls. The biggest upset come from Malaysia hope for medal contention, Esther Cheah/Shalin Zulkifli who only managed to settle 24th spot with 2,452.

Asia powerhouse, South Korea start their medal campaign when two of their pair make it to step ledder slot.The double of Son Yun Hee/Hong Su Yeon topped the qualification round after ammased 2,616 pins,3 pin in front of their compatriot, Hwang Suk Ok/Gang Hye Eun (2,613).Denmark pair of Anne Gales/Rikke Holm Rassmusen finished 3th (2,608) while Aussie 2007 AMF World Champion,Ann Maree Putney partnered Carol Gionotti to claimed the last semi final place with 2,570, only 1 pin to thrash out another Denmark pair (Kamilla Kjeldsen/Mai Ginge Jensen 2,569).
